Amazing food!! Amazeball service!!!! Great prices!! Can not go wrong!!!

Food is fantastic, service was great, and they did a terrific job of keeping everything sanitized while keeping things moving swiftly.

It has been almost 20 years since I have been coming here and I hope to spend another 20 visiting this bar. Food is always good and staff are always great!

The food was decent, not great but good. My main gripe, however, was probably more Covid19 related. Once we got inside, which took about 30 minutes, we had to wait another 15 minutes for them to take our order. The food came quickly, but after we ate and was ready to go, it took another 15 minutes to get the check.

Love this place. Great food and atmosphere. Alway go when in Mackinaw City.

Can only speak for the food, but the wings, perch sandwich, fries and pretzel bites were all good. Cole slaw could be tossed away.

Food was great service was ok wasn't very friendly seemed like they wanted me to leave. I asked for local pub with great food. Was hoping to sit eat slow enjoy some beer not get pushed out.

I came in and did not get welcome or "seat yourself". I get it. You're slammed. However this is no excuse to not provide new customers a warm invitation. My experience at Key Hole was 100% saved by our awesome waiter, legit drinks and awesome food. Key Hole Bar is a place that you simply cannot miss out on.

Would go here for sure again. Food and drinks were so good. Employees were very kind as well

Incredible food choices in a very cozy, family friendly setting. Great staff, 20+ beer choices, liquor as well. Clean, updated furnishings. The best in Mackinaw City.

Food was delicious and the guy that helped us was terrific. Hostess didn't want to seat us but he stepped in and took GREAT care of us. Would definitely come back.

The place is cool. The food was delicious. Shannon our server was even better. I highly recommend this place. Even though the restaurant is in the Main Street, prices are quite fair.

Went here today and took a chance—boy was it a great choice!! The prices were fair and the food was out of this world. I got the perch sandwich and added cheese & dipped it in my coleslaw and upgraded to onion rings. My friends and I all loved our food.

This place is great! Best food I've had in Mackinaw City so far! And I've been to a few places up here!

We had dinner here mid-june, not yet in the busy tourist season so we got a table immediately. Most of the tables are quite large, so fine for groups. (It was recommended by a local and he was right; a good place to eat!) It's on the main strip, near the ferry dock.Parts of the interior are a bit dark due to the pub-like atmosphere but that was fine. It really is quite nice for a pub and has a large bar, aside from many tables.I had the Reuben sandwich; delicious. My wife had the Whitefish and liked it.... We both had the spinach dip appetizer: I rated it a 5 but my wife felt it should have had cheese too, not just the vegetable stuff. Overall, an enjoyable dinner.

Great food! Burgers, onion rings, whitefish fingers are all great! Great service! Laurie is our favorite! Shes so fun & friendly and attentive to her customers! Tip her well, she deserves it! Overall friendly atmosphere! It's a bar with a restaurant but ok for kids. Our favorite place to eat and hang out. ALWAYS a wait, but worth the wait! Get there early like 4pm if your going for dinner. If you go at dinner time you will wait at least an hr. It's not too big inside.

After leaving another local restaurant who wouldn’t even talk to customers to put names on a wait list, KeyHole Bar and Grill communicated their wait time with a smile. They were pleasant, sanitary and spaces adequately for COVID (half capacity, shutting down every other table) during a busy Independence Day weekend. Communication helps people be patient. The wait only ended up being 15-20 minutes after all. Alicia was amazing. She suggested the Parmesan Crusted Walleye which my husband and son absolutely loved!!! Super friendly and attentive. I highly recommend if you’re in Mackinaw City.

Great local bar and grill with a "key" theme throughout the interior, including a key-shaped table! The food is VERY good (try the white-fish dinner - tasty!) and served quickly. Friendly staff and seat-yourself service.

Terrific menu of burgers, sandwiches, and entrees. Our Ruben was great.Full bar, good beer selection. Great servers. busy but they keep the food coming in record time.

Husband and I both ordered fish which was cooked perfectly. Amazing flavor and very appealing to the eye. I think what made out visit even better was our server Laurie! She was so friendly, visited with our children, and made sure we were taken care of every chance she got. Great place and we will definitely be back! Kudos to Laurie and the cooks for making our visit wonderful!

Classic Mack City vibe! Food is great per usual and you must try the Blood Orange Honey beer!

Really good.but had to call cops on someone from Oregon.tjey had dogs in the car.barking and winning.nect to us.

Food average fair at reasonable prices. Staff needs training on customer service skills. They were rude. Would not return or recommend.

The lightest best tasting freshwater fish I've ever had

One of the best places to visit in town. Family dining. Other than all the keys nailed to the walls and door frames, the whole restaurant is a long narrow are, like a key hole. They have a simple menu with enough to please anyone. Wait staff is amazing and very accommodating. Always make it a point to stop here.

I came here Fourth of July weekend and even with the CRAZY LARGE crowd, I commend the staff for handling everyone and still managing to service everyone seated timely and professionally. I would definitely go here again, the food was very good!

Great food!! Hours are different than what is said, opens at 4pm on Tuesday, every other day 12pm. Kitchen closes at 9.

While going to the St. Ignace Car Show we decided to cross the bridge and go to our favorite Mackinaw City bar & grill the Keyhole.We have been here multiple times for one of our favorite getaways and have never been disappointed.This year was special because of our new friend Shannon. Shannon was so aware of every need that she even would pickup on the little things, without us even knowing. Small talk would result in wet wipes magically showing up at your table and it was like having your personal maître d'. Refills - no problem, badgering - great sport, but be aware she does workout.They have a great assortment of drinks to chose from, interior decor is endless and of coarse the food is fantastic.We will always look forward for this favorite stop even if we have to travel the Great Lakes to get here.If you hear that your servers name Shannon, please know you are one of the lucky ones!

Good food reasonably priced, cute waitresses. Except for the masks, mabey they weren't cute

High population restaurant on the main street in Mackinaw City. This place is very busy, bit the food is good. The service is friendly and they actually come to check to see if the food Is good or not. Its very conveniently located and had a good old nostalgia feel with the different keys everywhere. Definitely would recommend the chicken wings.

Okay experience. Food was good. They messed up our food and nothing was done to remedy our wait, etc because of that. Took twice as long for it to come out fir the second time. Neat atmosphere tho
